Returns Policy

Items Received in Error

We do our best to make sure that your order is dispatched correctly, however, sometimes errors do occur. If we have sent you items you did not order then please contact us via the contact page and we will send details of the next step depending on the circumstances.

Non-Faulty Items

If you would like to return a non-faulty item you will require a returns number. Returns numbers will be issued for up to 14 days after your order has been dispatched. Any items returned must be in a resaleable condition and remain in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept goods back if blister packs have been cut open. You must return any goods within 14 days of being issued your returns number after which point we will no longer be able to accept your return.

In the case of non-faulty items we do not refund any postage costs. In the event that you received free delivery we reserve the right to charge you the postage on your original delivery.

If you have qualified for quantity pricing we will recalculate the total cost of your order should this now mean these items will fall below the threshold to qualify for the reduced price.

Any reward points accrued against your order will also be recalculated.

Faulty Items

If you would like to return an item that is faulty you will require a returns number. Once the returns number has been issued you can return the item to us for either a replacement or a full refund.

In cases where items are faulty we will reimburse any postage costs incurred.

If you have something you need to return please contact us via the contact page and we will review the request and issue a returns number. Please do not return items without a returns number.
